  • Group Coaching

    Train in a focused group of two to eight players. Each player receives individual feedback while learning through purposeful drills, healthy competition and game-based practice. We run age-based sessions and academy groups.

Winter Development

A progressive programme for players who want to improve their technique, consistency and understanding of the game. Our BAC coaches tailor each session around the player’s individual needs, creating clear areas of focus and measurable development.

Ideal for club cricketers looking to take the next step and prepare confidently for the season ahead.

Winter Performance

Our premium individual coaching programme, personally delivered by Andy Buzza. It combines detailed technical coaching, performance planning and challenging practice designed around the player’s specific game.

Ideal for experienced and performance-focused cricketers who want highly personalised support, greater consistency and a clear plan for reaching the next level.

WInter Fundamentals

Build strong foundations and develop confidence across the core areas of the game. Led by our experienced BAC coaches, sessions focus on sound technique, movement, coordination and enjoyable, purposeful practice.

Ideal for newer players and anyone who would benefit from strengthening the fundamentals of batting, bowling or fielding.

WHO IS 1:1 COACHING SUITABLE FOR?

BAC 1:1 coaching is suitable for junior and adult players at every stage, from those building strong foundations to experienced players working towards performance goals. Each programme is tailored to the player’s game, needs and ambitions.


WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE INTRODUCTION OBSERVATION SESSION?

This 75-minute session gives your coach time to observe the player’s technical and tactical game, discuss their goals, identify priorities and provide immediate coaching input. You will leave with clear next steps and a recommended coaching pathway.


WHICH COACHING OPTION IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Fundamentals builds strong core skills and suits younger or newer players. Development gives structured, individual progression. Performance is our most intensive option, on fortnightly or weekly dates. Not sure which suits you? Book an Introduction Observation Session and we’ll recommend the right plan.


HOW LONG ARE THE COACHING SESSIONS?

The Introduction Observation Session lasts 75 minutes. Private 1:1 sessions within the structured Winter Fundamentals Sessions last 45 minutes, Development and Performance packages last 55 minutes.

HOW MUCH DO THE STANDARD BAC COACHING PACKAGES COST?

Winter Fundamentals (6 sessions): £210, or three monthly payments of £80. Winter Development (6 sessions): £270, or three monthly payments of £100. Winter Development (3 sessions): £150. Winter Performance (6 sessions): £330, or three monthly payments of £120. Winter Performance (3 sessions): £195. The Introduction Observation Session is £70. All winter plans include BAC Annual Membership. Current prices and availability are always shown in Glofox.


DO I NEED BAC MEMBERSHIP?

No. The standard winter packages include BAC membership. BAC Annual Membership can also be bought separately in the Packages section of Glofox: a one-off £35 for 12 months, with discounts on group coaching, workshops and more.


WHAT SHOULD PLAYERS BRING?

Bring your usual cricket kit, a drink and suitable clothing for indoor training. Players practising with a hard ball should bring the appropriate protective equipment. If you are unsure what is needed, ask us before the session.


HOW DO I BOOK OR REARRANGE A SESSION?

Once we’ve agreed the right plan, buy it in the Packages section of Glofox and we’ll set your coaching dates. Winter programme sessions run on fixed dates; one scheduled coaching date can be changed with at least 72 hours’ notice.
